Why one piece

We could have waited. We'd rather not.

Court No. 01 is six pieces, and five of them are in a box in Cardiff waiting on photography. The cap isn't. It came back from the embroiderer better than we hoped, and there is no good reason to keep it from you for six weeks so that everything can arrive on the same day.

So here it is on its own. The rest follows, and if you're on the list you'll know before anyone else.

Still to come

The rest of Court No. 01

Every piece is named for a part of the court. The cap is Cal — the lime in the walls. These five are the rest of it, all made and signed off, all waiting to be photographed. Prices land with them.

Malla Soon
the wire mesh that wraps the court

A 440 gsm hoodie — roughly double a normal one — oversized and boxy, with a double-fabric hood that holds its shape. The mark is embroidered at the chest.

Muro Soon
the wall. The thing the whole game is named for

The heaviest tee we make: 240 gsm garment-dyed cotton, cut boxy, embroidered rather than printed. The only piece here you shouldn't play in.

Sombra Soon
the shaded side of the court, the one everybody pretends they don't want

The playing shirt. Light wicking polyester with UPF 30+, cut to move when you reach behind your own head.

Fondo Soon
the back of the court, where you spend most of a rally

The same cloth as the Sombra with sleeves on, for the first ten minutes of an outdoor court in February.

Cristal Soon
the glass. The other half of what makes four walls a different game

Cotton, cropped and easy, for the hour after rather than the ninety minutes before.
